Recreational marijuana use unlikely to be on Florida ballots in 2018

A group seeking to put the possibility of recreational marijuana use before Florida voters in 2018 says it’s more than 700,000 petition signatures short. That means it’s very unlikely the issue would end up before voters this year.
The group is, however, seeking to have the Florida Supreme Court review potential ballot language, which would require far fewer signatures.
